CNAS seeks to hire an intern to support the Center’s leadership in their research and management responsibilities.
About the Position
CNAS is looking for a qualified candidate to handle administrative and research duties to assist the leadership of the organization. The intern will work closely with the Chief of Staff in scheduling and preparing for meetings, drafting letters and emails, answering phones, arranging travel, and other administrative duties, as well as ongoing research projects undertaken by the front office. The Executive Intern will also assist with The Shawn Brimley Next Generation National Security Leaders Fellowship, including planning and staffing program events, helping to manage the recruitment and selection process, and other relevant tasks.
This position will expose you to the national security field and non-profit management. All CNAS employees are expected to contribute to the entrepreneurial, collaborative culture of the organization. This position will report to the Chief of Staff.
